Talisman
01The StudioTDS · Log 01
We'd rather *build*|than talk about building. Talisman. A design sprint studio, working beyond boundaries.
02The BriefTDS · Log 02
Most briefs arrive|*already decided.* A direction chosen, a scope written — before anyone sat with the problem. We start earlier than that.
03The RoomTDS · Log 03
Same room. Same problem.|*Same deadline.* Design built without you is a guess. Every sprint puts you at the table.
04The WorkTDS · Log 04
A brief is a *problem,*|not a list of aesthetics. Fast decisions, real outputs. Every one of them can be explained — or we redo it.
05Day Two, 2 A.M.TDS · Log 05
*Done* beats perfect. Nobody said it beats sleep.
06The ShipTDS · Log 06
*Shipped* and iterated beats|planned and polished. Not a deck. Not next steps for someone else to execute.
07The ShakeTDS · Log 07
Every sprint ends|with *something real.* In your hands. Explained. Yours.
01ServiceTDS · Service
*Brand Identity*|Design A name, made unmistakable. Positioning, story, system — the whole spine, written down.
02ServiceTDS · Service
User *Experience*|Design The path a person actually takes. Mapped, argued over, tested. Then built.
03ServiceTDS · Service
User *Interface*|Design Every pixel, accountable. Screens that explain themselves.
04ServiceTDS · Service
*System*|Design Build once, reuse forever. Components, rules, order — your team ships without us.
05ServiceTDS · Service
*AI Generation*|& Automation A month of content in an afternoon. Trained on your brand, directed by humans.

The dog is Leo. St. Bernard, talisman. The calm strength, loyalty and optimism he embodied are how the studio approaches design — and every sprint in this film is his.
